Q: How do I upload?

Find the "Upload" button present in the menu bar of document's page, and just click that button—a pop-up will appear, where you can just drag and drop or upload a pdf file .

Q: How do I change citation style?

Open any document in the side bar and you will see a settings icon—click that and select any citation style you want in the pop-up. Note: You are also able to change citation style to default or just for a single document.

Q: I have privacy concerns

We take privacy very seriously at Easy Annotation and can assure you that your account and documents are secure with noone having any access to it except yourself. We use Amazon's AWS servers, which are among the most highly secure servers in the world.

Q: Do you offer agency bundles?

Currently we do not offer agency bundles. If you need to purchase subscriptions for many team members, your IT department can purchase each one individually, using that person's agency email address. Then provide the login details to that person. If you have any issues at all, please contact us.
