Easy Annotation is a document review workspace built for medical writers, medical directors, editors, and agency teams. It keeps your source documents organized and your evidence traceable — with human judgment at the centre of every decision.

What you can do with Easy Annotation

• Upload and annotate PDFs. Highlight text or mark areas, then save or download your annotated document.
• Match your house reference style. Pick a label format with a live preview, arrange your own label components, and set a reference number, separator, and page-numbering preference — as a default or for a single document.
• Keep every document organized. Create folders and drag items into place; search, rename, copy, or download PDFs and folders as ZIP files.
• Share copies with colleagues. Invite registered users to make their own copy of a document. Sharing is not live co-editing, and your original stays yours.
• Review claims alongside their sources. Where available, project workspaces bring a deliverable and its references together so you can compare claims, context, and supporting evidence side by side. Review tools are read-only, and a relevance match is not medical approval.
• Keep your work private. Your account and documents are private to you, stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, and visible to others only when you share them.
