In short: subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew. If you turn it off, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Payments are non-refundable; our support team may make an exception in special circumstances at its sole discretion.
Automatic renewal
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your saved payment method is charged the then-current price.
- Auto-renew is on by default when you subscribe.
- To change it, open Plans & billing, tick or untick Automatically renew my subscription, and save. The page shows the date your current period ends.
Cancelling a subscription
Turning off auto-renew cancels your subscription at the end of the current paid period:
- you keep full use of your plan’s tools until the period ends;
- you will not be charged again; and
- the subscription will not renew.
You can turn auto-renew back on at any time before the period ends. After it ends, you can still sign in, download your data or delete your account; using the annotation and project tools again requires an active subscription.
Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription renewals, partly used billing periods, unused AI Processing Credits, credit packs and automatic top-ups.
- In special circumstances, our support team may decide, at its sole discretion, to give a full or partial refund. Contact support@easyannotation.com with the date and amount of the charge and a short explanation. A refund in one case does not create an obligation to give one in another.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credits bought with a refunded payment are removed from your balance.
- Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial does not need a payment method, never charges you, and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using the tools.
AI Processing Credits
- Credits included with a paid plan expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for money.
- If AI processing you approved is cancelled or cannot be completed, credits reserved for the unfinished work are returned to your balance.
- Automatic top-ups charge your saved payment method only if you turn them on, and only within the threshold and monthly limits you set. You can turn them off at any time.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account ends any subscription immediately. Remaining time in the current period and any remaining credits are forfeited and are not refunded. Download anything you want to keep first from Profile → Download my data.
Questions about a charge
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@easyannotation.com before disputing the charge with your bank so we can investigate. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open.
